ELSAG NORTH AMERICA ANNOUNCES RENEWED PARTICIPATION ON U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION CONTRACT

Brewster, NY, April 1, 2009— ELSAG North America, the market leader License Plate Recognition Technology Company is pleased to announce their renewed inclusion on the U.S. General Services Administration Contract. The renegotiated contract not only allows for the company’s full line of products to be purchased at contract pricing but also provides for a more comprehensive pricing structure in line with standard state contracts.

Through the existing relationship that DRS Technologies enjoys with GSA, ELSAG’s complete product line was able to be included in this most recent round of negotiations.

According to ELSAG’s CEO, Mark Windover, “The GSA contract is an important vehicle for us to expand our business with federal agencies.  Additionally, it allows friendly foreign nations to purchase at contract pricing.  Now, our entire line of gear is available to just about any agency.”
